Staff was polite and friendly and shared needed information. Pool area was very nice with towels provided. Room is a great size with a nice sized tv. Extra touches in the room for travelers like 2 multi-USB plugs at the bedside, nice window curtain that does not blow open with ac. Bathroom well equipped with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in wall containers. Another nicety is a foot stool with the easy chair.

Comfortable and clean
Bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Dining room was clean. Surprisingly breakfast was decent and had variety for adults and children.Fitness center and pool were clean.
Would stay here again. I hope all BWP are comparable to this one

Scrambled eggs tasted strange. Didn’t risk to eat boiled eggs also. Mandarins were old, one was moldy.
