There was no record of my reservation when I checked in and I was told I was a “no show” on Nov. 21 even though I had cancelled that reservation several weeks earlier and rebooked for Nov 23. ********** sent me an email 2 days earlier welcoming me to the Benson site which suggests that you were aware that I had a reservation. The women at the desk rebooked me at the price I was given when I made the reservation. Otherwise our stay was good. We chose this hotel because we had stayed there in August. Staff is very good.

Staff was friendly. Older place could use upgrades. Room was pretty clean but bathtub and tub drain looked mouldy and room door didn't close properly, could not use the deadbolt.

The room we had was not good
The toilet flowed over to the front door. We could see evidence of it happening previously. And the room smelled

The room itself was adequate and clean. The cargo trains were so loud at night that I couldn't sleep well. Other than that, the place was decent for the price .

This is an older hotel but was OK for one night. The bed was comfortable, however the morning breakfast was somewhat limited.

Convenient location right off I-10.
Lobby is nice, the rest of the facility could use some maintenance. The room was clean and comfortable except the tub/shower had mold and soap residue in it.
It’s good enough for a quick place to sleep.

They gave us a handicap room, with a sketchy shower, but we left early so that's the only thing I can review

The room was dark and drab. It definately needs updating. Furnishings are old. Bathtub is in poor condition and bathroom sink was cracked.
Outside needs updating as well. I had to reset my TV modem 4 times, as the TV kept going out.
But the staff was great, and the breakfast was good.
