The hotel is beautiful outside but very dated inside and doesnt look especially well looked after (cracks in walls and ceiling and scuffed woodwork). Thw bathroom however was modern but the water was tepid. The main issue we had was there was no heating on in the room when arrived and it was freezing. Staff did come stright to sort it out and they were very apologetic as there was a fault on the boiler. Staff were nice and it was ok for somewhere to get your headown

The decore is rather dated, however the bathroom was very nice. My only other criticism would be the door has large gap therefore very noisy when people walk past not sure if that was just our room. Otherwise comfortable stay. Really liked there was enough cups/tea/coffee/milk for 3

Very professional and friendly staff. Safe parking. Breakfast good choices provided. Cooked breakfast fresh and good quality produce. Room clean and comfortable. Only issue was the radiator in the room didn’t work. Problem quickly resolved and an efficient portable radiator provided.

Good stay, marred by the executive room we had #36 being over the dining room. Between 2.30 and after 3.30AM the night staff were rearranging the tables for breafast by dragging them around whilst singing along to music... not particulary impressed. Perhaps they could lift the tables and cut out the sing-song at that time of the night.. seems pretty obvious to me!

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dinner was excellent, with lovely service and great food. Comfy beds and a nice dark room. Maintenance could be better, such as in the bathroom (toilet constantly filling & shower temperature was a job to adjust).

Quick overnight stay for a cheer competition nearby

永远不会再住在这里。显然，酒店一楼设有夜总会，因此我们房间的墙壁嘎嘎作响，午夜后我们还听到醉酒者的尖叫声。我们太累了，第二天还得开车 15 个小时。床很小，不舒服。房间很脏。由于睡眠不足和狗受惊，我们只收到了 40 便士的赔偿。太糟糕了。
周六有一场婚礼，我们整晚都在忙，忙到午夜 12 点。然后有一个美食之夜
星期五只是为了把披萨弄得到处都是。
房间太小，我不会再回来了。
