The bathroom left a lot to be desired. Soap dispensers didn't work/empty. Informed staff did nothing. Shower was leaking. Toilet was disgusting. Windows were filthy. Blinds were faulty. Overall very disappointing.

我写这封信是为了表达我对最近入住体验的失望。尽管贵酒店享有盛誉，但我还是遇到了一些问题，严重影响了我的舒适度和在忙碌一天工作后休息的能力。
入住期间，我发现并经历了以下情况：
淋浴盘和出水口没有妥善固定，造成不便并存在潜在安全隐患。
浴室和房间没有打扫干净；有头发存在，表明清洁工作不彻底。
地毯看起来不干净，有明显的污渍/不卫生。
维修工作一大早就开始了，导致墙壁传来巨大的敲击声，扰乱了我的睡眠。
作为一名客人，我期望能有一个干净、维护良好的房间和一个宁静的环境，以便在忙碌的一天后放松身心。这次的经历远远低于我的预期，也低于我所认为的贵品牌应有的标准。
不适合对噪音敏感的旅客。
我之前住这家酒店时感觉还不错，所以这次又选了它，但这次体验很不满意。房间里没有电话、没有垃圾桶、没有洗发水，只有一个杯子，我们是两个人。所以这次旅行让我很不开心。
比较安静的一个酒店，有一个小庭院，旁边走路两分钟有一个小的便利店，很方便买东西。
走路20分钟或者公交两站，有一个比较大的boots和超市
这个价格来说，简直完美。简单直接，方便快捷。
酒店职员亲切有善，提出问题亦会迅速帮忙处理。
酒店装修、家私比较过时，浴室应该是进行翻新较为好一点。酒店整体外观及房间都算整齐干净；附近环境宁静。驾车前往巿中心大概12-15分钟，适合自驾游人士入住。房价包括泊车，省却另外付费泊车。

没有电视遥控器，后来前台找到了一个，但它自己决定要不要用……
茶盘上的牛奶过期了（有些是10月24日的，有些是3月25日的）
