******* was understanding and helped me to some extent! I’ll be continuing to use ******* but will never book at this hotel again as I had a very disappointing experience with this hotel. I contacted them through ******* to request a simple change of date due to an emergency, but they refused both a date change and a refund. Communication was extremely poor, and there was no willingness to accommodate genuine circumstances or show any sympathy.
Hotels should demonstrate at least a basic level of flexibility and customer care, especially when guests are facing unforeseen emergencies. Unfortunately, this property showed neither. I would not recommend booking here if you expect fair treatment or understanding.

Disappointing bathroom
Booked the accessible room as we understood that was the only dog friendly room. The room itself was very nice. The bathroom really could do with a makeover. There was a very unpleasant damp smell, the assistance bath stool was rusty and radiator had a lot of black mould in the base panel.

Lovely hotel
Lovely staff who were very helpful. Tip: don’t keep your keycard with your mobile. I had to go back to reception a couple of times to reset it. Great rural location.

Breakfast is superb
Breakfast was really good. Sausages were super meaty and the pastries were freshly made. Really impressed. The fruit was good too. Coffee was a bit disappointing but the staff working were nice. The room was spacious and the TV was a good size for the room.
Bed was a decent size, and fairly comfy. A big wobbly and noise could be heard in the night which was a little bit off putting but for the price we paid (£70 Inc breakfast), it was definitely good value.

房间过时了，完全不像行政房，而且没提停车场限高，餐饮价格也离谱。
酒店位置有点偏僻，位于乡村地带，适合大型团体入住和举办婚礼。我因为那天晚上有暴风雨所以临时预订，结果一切顺利，住宿体验也不错，员工也很友好。
