Bathroom was dirty. Our air conditioner didn’t work. I told the front desk and the lady just said “I’m sorry sir” and that was it. I would recommend somewhere else.

Great location. Able I stay out of downtown Nashville, but easy drive when needed to go downtown. Perfect in between location to get to Franklin and explore or to go towards downtown. Parking was easy and area felt safe.

The hotel disappointing overall.
1. The Galway’s & room had very strong smelling air fresheners that gave us headaches and it was overly strong.
2. The tvs never worked over a 3 night stay. We were out of our room most of the time but two tvs had zero channels.
3. No extra toiletries, no extra bedding for the sofa bed u til we asked and then they didn’t give us a mattress cover. The sofa bed was worse than a hospital house bed. Super hard. Really bad.
4. The mini fridge didn’t keep our drinks cold.
5. The breakfast food was so so. But our first morning the kids poured milk for cereal and the milk was completely CURDLED AMD ROTTEN!!!! So gross. After that we didn’t really look forward to breakfast.
6. Honestly would not recommend.

一家干净、现代化的酒店，员工始终热情友好，停车位充足，早餐简单但美味。下次还会再来👍
很棒的住宿地点，唯一的缺点是没有电梯。
位置好，干净，性价比高。
早餐很普通，煎饼急需改进或更换面糊。

房间很吵，我要求换房间，但没能做到。墙壁薄如纸，楼上的人说话的声音像大象的叫声。111房间就在酒店服务台旁边。
