Beds were ok comfortable. First room, door wouldn’t open. 2nd room, had about 30 flies flying around. Basha’s right next door and had fly swatters! Breakfast was not bad! Can’t expect the Ritz in Eager, but next time I might switch to HoJo to see if it’s any better!

Best Western very old ran down place to stay.
For the price it didn’t even meet our least expectations.
The stair cases were not lit in the night time. Room had several lights burned out in the room. The room pillows were far from comfortable, bed mattresses were good.
Heater has to be ran high to heat the entire room making it very uncomfortable for the person in the bed closest.
The room entrance door does not close all the way.
The bathroom tiles were lose and needed cocked. But overall the room was clean.

I've stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times in the last 3 years. Each time the facility keeps getting worse. It's time for a remodel and some upgrades. A/C was loud. Toilet tank was covered by a lid that was too big. Toilet seat was too big. Stains on chairs. Paint doesn't match. I could go on....

Absolutely nothing to complain about. Staff made some suggestions on a couple places to eat. Limited breakfast choices but completely acceptable.

Clerk would not check to offer another room. Carpet and chair in room stained and dirty. Would not replenish breakast at 8am because staff was on break for 20 more minutes. Best Western quality has really nosedived versus the old days...Restaurant next door was really good.

Aged property. Management has made limited cosmetic improvements to cover over inadequacies. While this property appeared to be the best lodging option available in the Round Valley area, we were disappointed with the product.
