The pool area felt cold. The whole area fogged up and I could not see the kids in the pool. That was very unsafe. The lady at the breakfast buffet was very pleasant and kind. She made breakfast enjoyable

We had a great stay at Best Western Plus in Anderson. The staff is super friendly and the property is well maintained and very clean. The pool and hot tub area is very nice and the hot tub was a perfect temperature. I wish the beds were a little softer but it seems like all hotels have firm beds. I wish hotels would offer different rooms with options for firm or soft beds. Just adding a memory foam topper

would be really nice. The breakfast was good and typical of free breakfasts at hotels. There was a waffle maker which the kids always love, muffins, pastries, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruit and the hot options included biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, ham and bacon. The hot food is served by an attendant, who was very nice, but we prefer to serve ourselves. There was a nice coffee machine and four different juice options as well as a nice variety of tea bags.There are many restaurant options close by, the Cracker Barrel was right next door so you could easily walk there. We will definitely be staying again in the future.

Came for the weekend and only used the room to sleep, shower and for bathroom. Beds were comfy and bathroom facilities were good. Hotel accepted our 2 dogs that we traveled with. Originally booked a king room, but hotel only allowed pets in double queen rooms which was fine for the 2 of us.

Room was wonderful. Kristen checked ys in and even though she was having computer issues, she was polite, pleasant and wonderful to interact with. She gave us the option of which floor which was wonderful.

We arrived to Anderson earlier than anticipated and decided to see if we could check in early and we were able to do so! The gal that helped us at the front desk was very kind and friendly and helpful!

Polite staff. The lady serving breakfast was especially nice and helpful. Breakfast selections were very good.

I booked an accessible room, and I was unable to get the handheld shower to work, so that made my shower difficult. I also found dirt/grime on the handheld shower holder. The king bed was so high up off the floor it was very difficult to get in bed. Otherwise the room itself appeared clean.

Room was very clean and well stocked. Beds were comfy. Hot tub was the perfect temperature and very relaxing. Breakfast was good. Overall our stay was perfect for what we needed for the night.

The staff were all friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast every morning was great. I wish there was an ice machine on the second floor....but we will definitely stay here, the next time we’re in town!
