The location was perfect for a Sales call the next morning. The room was comfortable with a king sized bed, tv, refrigerator and microwave. Bathroom was clean and had a tub! Although it didn’t hold water, the shower was excellent, lots of water pressure. Breakfast the next morning was very good. I would stay here again

Last time I stayed at this motel, they had it all torn apart for remodeling. I expected a much improved stay this time. Not so much. Pros: Convenient to the Western KY Parkway Close to several choices of eateries and fuel stations. Nice staff. Good breakfast. Cons: Only transparent curtains covering the windows. The blackout curtains were too short to close. Room had no privacy, and was too lit up from the street lights to be dark enough to sleep. The sink and toilet were cracked and glued together. The carpet was loose and presented a trip hazard. The entrance tiles had chunks missing where you have to walk. Pool closed.

Clean but very noisy

The walls felt paper thin. We could hear everything waking us up repeatedly throughout the night and early morning. Iy wasn’t noisy neighbors, they weren’t yelling, they were talking at a normal level but we could hear everything. Constantly. The pool was listed but is closed indefinitely which would have been good to know. Constantly hearing water flowing and bang and creak in the walls.

The pool was unavailable, but was not listed on the booking. Jacuzzi tub in my room, which I paid extra for, did not work. There was black hair all over the bed, when we pulled the covers back. Whole establishment smelled of mildew.

Being renovated

Hotel is being renovated. May be nice when finished, but we would not recommend it now. Elevator was out of service. Room felt damp and musty. Our mattress pad had blood on it. We asked for a clean one and changed it ourselves. Not all items available at breakfast even though we were there in plenty of time. Desk personnel were not dressed nor acted professionally. ..
