Very impressed. Everything was clean from the lobby, eating area, workout room, pool and room. Greeted with a smile after a long trip when I checked in. Close to the airport and convenient location to many eateries. Was there for Bands Of America Grand Nationals and it was about 18 minutes to Lucas Oil Stadium. Would stay here again

I had a wonderful experience at the Sonesta Essential Indianapolis Airport. The rooms were clean, modern, and very comfortable, and the beds made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made a difference.
The hotel also has a nice pool and a well-equipped fitness room—both great for relaxing or getting a workout in. Breakfast was tasty with a good variety of options to start the day.
Overall, an excellent stay. I would definitely return and recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through the area.

No sound barrier between rooms. Even whispers were audible. The room type were restricted for ******* reservations.

We apologize again we could not move your room to another floor, but again as explained previously to you, when booking third party, you pre-selected the room you wanted at the time of booking. Additionally, you signed the documentation at check in that you were aware of third party booking restrictions which is inclusive of modification adjustments. For the sound concerns, we apologize there is a noise complaint. I checked the reservation notes and it appears that no complaints were made to the front desk in regards to noise. The heating and cooling unit would not turn off the fan
Also did not inform us at check in we had to put out a maid service needed on the door handle. Would of been nice to of known on the first day

This not only allows for swift turn over of clean rooms to be available for incoming guests, but also provides a more green-friendly environment in the sheet and towel usage and washing for those guests who do not wish to have the added cleaning services. Staff was courteous and location was good. The room - and especially the bathroom - needed some better cleaning. But realistically? We will probably stay there again. We've stayed at several of the other hotels at that same exit and this was a lower price for about the same quality.
