The beds were AMAZING. However, the bathroom sink was clogged and I saw an area on the wall where they sprayed for mold--unless it was a weird stain. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was amazing except for the cold eggs.

Staff was friendly and everything looked clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower is a little dated and had some water damage on the ceiling. The room smelled musty but not a major issue for us. Would stay there again.

We had never stayed here before but found it clean and convenient. The price was very very reasonable. The young lady who checked us in was cheerful, friendly, and most helpful. On our next trip to Plainfield we will definitely stay here.

There was mold in my room. Wallpaper was stapled in one area and looked to be falling off in about 4 other places. Everything looked old, rusted, or water damaged in my room.

酒店回复: We are sorry you were unhappy with your stay. The room was inspected, and there is no mold or water damage in that room. The wallpaper is in the process of being replaced in areas of the hotel. Our hotel building is 20 years old and not brand new, but these areas of wear are being worked on. Any issues with your stay should be reported right away. If you had an issue with your room, we would have happily moved you to a different room to make your stay more comfortable. We cannot address your concerns if they are not brought to the front desk. We do appreciate your feedback.

Good stay
Met 3 other couples for IL vs IU game and though this hotel was 45min from stadium it was very nice. Easy check in, clean room, decent continental breakfast and for once in a long time, we actually had a good night sleep in a hotel, bed was comfy
