It was an okay stay, everything we needed for a stay was there. Clean bed, but that’s the only thing clean about it. The floors were filthy. Especially the bathroom: hair and dirt.
The beds were comfortable, but the ac made a noise all night.
Very sketchy area, if I would have known there was a run down motel next door I would have not booked there.
My friend was in another room and there was still food in the microwave from the previous guest. They found a roach on their floor.
Would I book again, no probably not.

Nice stay, reasonable rate
Nice hotel, room was comfortable and felt safe. Check in was efficient and staff was friendly. All the rooms appliances worked well, the only "eh" for me was the low water pressure in the shower, but not low enough to be an issue

One night stay
Good sized rooms with comfortable beds. Very clean. Breakfast okay with reasonable choice. Handy for night stop en route between New Orleans and Texas.
Negatives were that pool was full of algae so couldn’t use it and door to fitness centre was broken so this wasn’t accessible.
