Our experience at Best Western Lafayette Inn was not great. Would have requested another room, but were tired after driving for over nine hours. First of all, the bath tub and bathroom were not clean. We decided we didn’t want to bathe in the tub. The wall next to the tub was disgusting, looked like it was soft and moldy. I have pictures. There were places in the room that didn’t look like it had been vacuumed in a while. The AC was extremely loud. The only good thing was the breakfast, there were plenty of choices. The employee that was running the front desk was also keeping the breakfast area stocked and cleaned, she was very friendly and helpful. It is hard getting to and out of the hotel area due to traffic issues. Would probably never stay there again.
