This hotel is so nice. I've stayed here a few times and it's always been a good experience. The staff are so friendly and accommodating and the hotel is always clean and pleasant. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay in Hood River.

Very frustrated to arrive and learn that because I made my reservation through ******* instead of directly through the hotel, I was not eligible for the government (word I’m not allowed to use in ******* reviews that rhymes with freight) or the dining credit that all other guests receive. Using ******* ended up costing me significantly more, and I will definitely not be using the company in the future.

I’ve stated the best Western several times now. Easy parking, I appreciate the charging stations for my hybrid car, the workout facility is very good, the rooms are comfortable, the dining room restaurant is very good. My only complaint is that when you book through a third-party such as *******, you are treated as a second class citizen. In the welcome packet, there is a description of a discount voucher When I called about Said voucher. It’s only if you booked direct. I also asked for a different room facing the water… Again that option is only available when you book direct.
