Very convenient location for us. We were in town for two days visiting family. We only slept at the facility and had a good experience.

The room was fine but there was no one at the desk to check us in and no way to notify someone that we were there. Waited longer than we would expect for someone to come to the desk.

Our stay was pleasant, and the room with two queen beds was comfortable, though on the smaller side. The only issue we encountered was with the air conditioning unit, which is located directly under the windows and blows air straight onto the beds. Unfortunately, there’s no way to adjust the airflow, which makes it uncomfortable—especially for whoever is sleeping in the bed closest to the unit.

Beds were very hard.
Did not get the room I booked and paid for.
Toaster did not toast the bread and the bread fell on the counter instead of sliding to the front of the tray.
The jelly was like slime and tasted spoiled.

We had a great stay. Our room was clean. The furniture is definitely starting to show its age. The bed was comfortable. And the breakfast was enough to satisfy.

Hotel was great for our three days in New Albany this week. Breakfast was better than the normal hotel buffet. Festival nearby was walkable and had great restaurants. The only issue during our stay that reduced the rating was the fire alarms going off and waking us up at 11:45 PM and everyone being evacuated out of the hotel until approximately 12:30AM when the hotel was released for reentry by the fire department.
