Room was adequate with a great bed. Room was quiet. Breakfast was adequate. Staff was okay. No problems. One of the better baymont properties

Hotel has been remodeled tastefully. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nothing special, but adequate. The location and parking were very convenient with lots of places close by for dinner.

The room was clean. Check in/check out was quick and easy. Breakfast area was clean and up kept. Breakfast had waffle, cold cereal, instant oatmeal, toast/bagel, yogurt and fresh fruit options. Parking was easy and well lit. Lots of restaurants in the area.
Room wasn't modern but was definitely sufficient for the price. Would stay there again.

The rooms had filthy walls in both rooms we went to. We had to get a second room due to mold and then they immediately booked that room to someone else. The beds were hard with pillows that weren't much thicker than the pillowcase. All the sheets had stains. The HVAC units were loud and the second rooms was missing the vent direction piece and the panels were all super loose. It was also filthy. Lamps and their shades were nasty and broken. The mini fridge on the coldest setting was barely cooler than the room. Carpets had numerous stains. Lighting was terrible. All rooms smelled terribly musky. Old thermostats for old HVAC systems that were no longer functioning were left dirty and physically broken. One with foil inside of it to cover something. It felt like a 30 dollar stay at best.

My recent stay at this hotel was disappointing and unacceptable. The heat in my room was not working, and despite the cold weather, the issue was never resolved during my stay. This made the experience extremely uncomfortable and far below the standard I expected.
To make matters worse, the morning staff knocked on my door before 9 a.m., waking me up to ask when I would be checking out even though my checkout time was not until 11 a.m. This was both unprofessional and disruptive, especially after an already unpleasant night with no heat.
While the staff was generally polite, these issues reflect poor management and attention to guest comfort. I hope the hotel addresses these concerns immediately so future guests do not have to go through the same experience.

Room had bedbugs hotel pretty much lied to me until i got home. Once I got home, I called back a business day later, they stated that my room was not refundable. Everything was outdated, the bathroom had no vents in. If someone using the toilet you can smell it from the next door.

Perfect for a quick overnight.
Very polite check in. Only gave us one key despite registering as a couple. Breakfast was a joke. Not a thing worth grabbing except 2 peanut butter packets. All bargain basement quality carbs. Room was nice but pillows were like rocks. I loved that they had a clock at bedside so I could check time when I woke up thru the night. I was grateful that they took special care to get me a close room since I have recent bad knee damage. I’d stay here again for a quick stop.
