Check in was very slow as some business guy was checking in his crew of men who couldn't speak english. Should have more staff on hand.
Breakfast was pretty dang good. Room was clean. Could really use new shower head in shower.

Basic room was clean and sufficient. Disappointed that the pool was closed on a day when temperatures were in the high 80’s.
Breakfast was nice. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly.

I was given pass key to room already occupied. Second room keys did not work. Next set of pass keys, 1 worked. Dead roach in room, 4 small roaches in bath tub that had water standing in it. Room furniture was very uncomfortable. For the price I paid for room, it could have been much better.

My Wife & I were impressed this Best Western in Junction, Tx.!
The room was very nice, Spacious & a very clean bathroom.

总的来说，这是一家破旧肮脏的汽车旅馆房间，地毯上满是污渍，房间里只有两条毛巾……两条都很脏……不得不向前台要干净的……我想说，清洁人员完全没有热情，也没有付出任何努力……这家酒店似乎更想赚尽可能多的钱……为了保持高利润，可能付给员工的工资远低于他们应得的水平……不会再来了……每年都会来两次……我会试试假日酒店……
