The hotel was obviously recently updated, but not very clean. It seems like a family runs the hotel and does not have professional cleaners for the rooms or maintenance. Free breakfast was less than appetizing, ended up getting McDonald's next door.

Awesome experience from check in to check out. The staff was beyond amazing!! Customer service is on point. The property is in great shape, well lit and is really safe for families. The pool was warm and really helped my cranky newborn drift off to sleep. Breakfast was great there was a nice variety of healthy items. I highly recommend the potatos. The place has a family vibe that makes you feel welcome.

The hotel was beautiful and well maintained. The staff were very nice and accommodating. They had a nice breakfast. We were very happy with our stay and we will plan to return.

Need to remove trash from rooms daily and vacuum carpet. No regular coffee in room for two weeks. Roach in room.

Awesome place for Families!!
Our family is relocating to PA and we are staying at a hotel while the final touches are being put on our home and the experience has been awesome since check-in. The staff is extremely friendly and made checking in with a baby and 2 service animals a breeze. The rooms are clean and spacious. There is guest laundry on site and the machines work great. The breakfast is a great perk. I would recommend this hotel to families or women traveling alone because I feel very safe here and the property is very quiet and low key. Overall awesome experience!! Staff is beyond kind.

The tiles in the bathroom are cracked, and cockroaches are hiding beneath them. When I was using the toilet, they crawled out from the cracks. What's even more terrifying is that they climbed onto my bed and pillow. At that time, my son and I were sleeping. A little thing was crawling around under my neck. I was so scared that I almost screamed. I can't believe that I spent over a hundred dollars and got such treatment.

Would not recommend.
No one there to check in. Multiple key cards didn't work for us and other guests on our floor. The front desk then blamed us the guests saying we don't understand how to use the cards yet one of the other guests had already been there for days and said it's been nothing but issues and the card worked before they left the room. No linen for the pullout then didn't give us any fitted sheets just pillow and blanket for it. The only saving grace was the rooms were actually clean otherwise staff was rude and this was not a great experience.
