Nice Hotel and staff were super friendly. I would give 5 stars except after staying 3 nights they never cleaned our room, refreshed towels or took out the trash. I finally had to ask one of the housekeepers for towels and ask what to do with our trash. After saying something to them they still didn’t clean the room. They want you to tip the housekeepers via a QR code but that can’t happen if they don’t do their job.

Friendly and professional staff. Room was worn and in need of updating. Toilet paper holder on brink of breaking. Greatly appreciated doggy gift bag.

Definitely a Nicer Best Western
Decent hotel. BW must be upgrading their brand. Nice linens. Only real complaints? Breakfast was minimal and water pressure in the shower was meh.

Not So Good
This hotel is older and could use some remodeling. I would not choose to stay here again. I was charged double the stay amount and was told there was nothing that could be done at the moment. The double charge was a mistake on a new employee however I had to was 7-10 business days for $300 to be added back into my account smh. The only good thing I can say is the beds were comfortable.
