Excellent customer service. Fun perks like board games, complementary dinner and cookies, and delicious breakfast spread. The rooms are spacious and clean. This was our third year in a row staying here because we love it so much!

The room was amazingly clean staff was absolutely a delight to work with night shift and day shift as we had a late check-in. Location was nice easy to get to from the interstate stay there again in a heartbeat.

We had a roach in the room. The pool was closed, and the breakfast was below average. I chose the hotel because it had a 9.0 rating. At best it was a 7.5! Will not be staying there again!

Nice Hotel and staff were super friendly. I would give 5 stars except after staying 3 nights they never cleaned our room, refreshed towels or took out the trash. I finally had to ask one of the housekeepers for towels and ask what to do with our trash. After saying something to them they still didn’t clean the room. They want you to tip the housekeepers via a QR code but that can’t happen if they don’t do their job.
