There is no communication between ******* and this hotel. I have to stay multiple nights per week in a hotel in Macomb, IL and will never again try to book here. The staff was unpleasant over the phone and because a third party was used to initially book (how would I know not to do this (?) ) the hotel says my cancellation is not valid and charged me $290 with no explanation or refund.

酒店回复: Hello. Thank you for your review. As for the communication between the hotel and ******* I can only speak for the hotel and that is to say we never received a cancellation for your reservation. I have checked our extranet multiple times, and your reservation still sits as active. I can email you the screenshots if you would like. If you called ******* to cancel, they never contacted us about it. You should have received a cancellation email from them but during the 10-minute conversation we had where I politely explained how hotels have no control over 3rd party reservations and that was why I could not refund you, you said you couldn't find anything. You also did not call the hotel about the reservation until 2 days after check in. I apologize if this outcome is not what you were looking for. We try very hard to accommodate all guests, even cancelling reservations if need be. I would suggest speaking with ******* about a refund.

I come to Macomb a lot and this was my first time staying at this location. I was very impressed and comfortable my entire stay. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. This stay also comes with a complimentary breakfast.

Stay here every year the first weekend in June for a memorial golf tournament. ALWAYS friendly and clean and the coffee is hot!
