The staff were very friendly and responsive. They worked well together as a team. The room was immaculate. The salt water pool was much appreciated.

This is a very body loud hotel but always very clean and the staff is amazing. I just prefer to stay on the top floor to avoid the noise during the night and the front desk noise. Unfortunately the room was not changeable to accommodate that due to booking with *******. Also I didn’t receive full BW points as a Diamond member.

Located just south and west within walking distance of major shopping district is a selling feature. Could use a snack shop set up, or have something out for guests if they needed a drink of something or some thing small to eat.

Our room was awesome! I really liked that the bed had its own room and like the option of the pull out couch. The staff were so kind and made sure to ask us how things were and were interactive with my young children as well. The pool and hot tub were good temperatures as well. With the pool being cool enough to beat the heat, but not too cool. Would definitely stay again.

The staff was very friendly and we’d been driving through Alberta, staying at three reputable hotels before getting to Wainright. Hands down, the Best Western Inn and Suites was definitely the best. Our room was spotless, with plenty of space and the continental breakfast was comparable to those we’ve experienced in Europe. So many choices and everything was so fresh and delicious and we were even given a to-go container with muffins for the trip home!

Absolutely disgusting. Walked in and realized how dirty and unsafe it was and cancelled our reservation.
