No complaints other than I booked the room with hot tub , I paid extra for a room with a hot tub , it didn’t work at all. No water ran through it and I didn’t get no money back

No Hot Water they said for days! I didn't stay! Rooms were dirty! Horrible hotel! Pay the extra couple of dollars and choose a different hotel. Cheep ain't good and good ain't cheap facts!

They do not clean their bedrooms when I arrived at the hotel. I was given a key card to room 100 I walked in and there was pee and stains all over the toilet. I walked all the way to the front desk and she proceeded to hand me key card to number 102 And told me to check 102 when I went to One 02102 room was completely disgusting not clean from the prior stay. I walked all the way back up to the front desk where she proceeded to give me another key card and told me to check 103 Bathroom had mold all over it . I ended up asking for cleaning materials for room number 102 cleaned it myself and went to sleep that night. I will never stay here again. I had to stay here due to an emergency reason only hotel in the vicinity with rooms.

The Cable didn’t work, The AC wouldn’t move from the temperature it was at Roaches in the room,the toilet bowl had skid marks and it wasn’t anchored down

This property does not appear to have housekeeping staff. The room wasn’t made up or cleaned. Promptly checked out and went elsewhere. Now need to get refund from *******

Hotel was rundown and dirty. The pictures paint a false picture of how the place really is. Elevator doesn't work, didn't provide breakfast, pool was GREEN. Hotel had a nasty stench. Will never stay there again. TV wasn't even hooked up, didn't have a remote at all.
