酒店回复: I am sorry to hear that you have unpleasant experience at our hotel. We typically do not have hot water issue in our hotel . Yet, on the day of your arrival unfortunately hot water tank was down for couple of hours. We did got the technician right away and got it running. This was unfortunate situate for us and there was nothing else we could have done. Yet, I am really apologetic for your inconvenient.

The a/c did not work properly. In room 207 it would run until it was freezing and then would not kick in until it was too warm. We will not return

The walls are pretty thin and we had a family with small kids beside us, it sounded like they were coming through the walls. Breakfast was very good.

We requested a room on the main floor so we wouldn’t have to do the stairs, they upgraded us to accommodate our request.

This hotel was perfect for what we needed. The only complaint we have is in the common areas that it always smelled like they had freshly sprayed the areas with a room spray!
