Yet, on the day of your arrival unfortunately hot water tank was down for couple of hours. We did got the technician right away and got it running. This was unfortunate situate for us and there was nothing else we could have done. Yet, I am really apologetic for your inconvenient.

Room was clean, little dated but overall pretty quite in room, only really heard people in the hallway. We were there for a Hockey tournament we expected it to be a little noisy with hockey kids running the halls. We did not mind that as they did keep quite time at 11pm. Over all we would stay there again.

The staff was courteous, but the problem is, that the mattresses are old and terribly soft, leaving you sleep in a big dip and not sleeping well. They need to be changed. Thx

From the moment I entered the link bby was greeted and checked in very efficiently. Was very surprised of the suite I booked, spacious and just beautiful.
The breakfast was very delicious.
And I got to see a very beautiful sunrise from the Breakfast room windows. Over all superb. Will definitely stay here again.

The a/c did not work properly. In room 207 it would run until it was freezing and then would not kick in until it was too warm. We will not return

The walls are pretty thin and we had a family with small kids beside us, it sounded like they were coming through the walls. Breakfast was very good.
