Very clean facility with a friendly staff. Room was quite comfortable, and the hotel was a great/reasonable option for an OU Parents Weekend!

Noisy room.
Room was constantly noisy from adjacent rooms air conditioner, never was able to get a good nights sleep. requested a room change but none available.

I booked my reservation online. Tim at the front desk was very talkative, asking a lot of questions why we were there, but appeared friendly. The room was stuffy when we arrived and took a while to cool off. We went to get some food nearby, lots of options. There are no wall plugs on the nightstand to plug in your phone. So if you wake up at 3am, you need to go across the room to get your phone. There are plugs in the corners on either side of the beds, but you need a long charging cable. The shower had good pressure and hot water, but felt it needed a hand rail in the tub. There are shelves in the bathroom to separate and hold your toiletries. The refrigerator and microwave both worked well.
This was our one day to sleep in, but we were awakened by a phone call at 8:30am by Terri. We only paid for one day, but she wanted to know if we were still in the room and if we were only staying the one night. When we walked out the door, the housekeepers asked if we were leaving. We asked the front desk clerk why we were asked when we were leaving and she indicated she had been doing this for 15 years, so that housekeeping could get a head start on cleaning the rooms. She was very argumentative with my daughter and we left feeling very unwelcome.

第一晚的前台还不错，第一天白天也很好，有果汁，有咖啡。第二天checkout，早餐8：30就什么吃的都没了，然后下午也没有咖啡和果汁了，一个不会讲英语的女的，非常没有礼貌。
