Pool and hot tub were out of order FOR OVER A WEEK but still advertised on website!?! And still charging a $100 more than the three other hotels within 3 blocks...

We had a great experience at the Best Western. The staff was excellent! I even had a housekeeper ask me in passing if i needed anything before i left and she brought towels to my room. Breakfast was good, but i would suggest doing away with the pre made omelet, they are just not good. Otherwise a good breakfast. Pool was great and clean. All the facilities were really nice. Our room was very nice and i just noticed some small maintenance stuff that needs to be delt with like chipped paint, swelled door, shower slow draining. But otherwise good condition and clean room. We have really been happy with Best Western

The hotel was pet friendly. The complimentary breakfast was average. The carpet on the room was not clean. The bedsheets had stains. The Bathroom tub did not drain water and was not clean. Overall average to poor experience.

The best place.
I was great with very friendly staff and the restaurant and bar was absolutely fantastic 5 star service it the best best western we have ever stayed at and all locations should follow suit would highly recommend over and over

Overall very nice place, little dated and could use updating. Room was clean, common areas fairly clean. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
