The room was clean as we entered. Hall light was dim. Noticed a panel under the nightstand was a little off. In the shower spme of tbe wallpaper was off.

Needed clean towels no staff until 9 am they said there was sending someone for the tv and they didn’t

The room could use some updating, especially the bathroom. The hot tub by the pool wasn't in working order but we weren't made aware until we arrived for check in (and this was a specific feature we were looking for in a hotel for the weekend).
Our night of sleep was awful. The room next to us had their TV sooooo loud, we could hear every word, song, racing car, thunderstorm, etc. from whatever they were watching. Finally at 12:30am I called the front desk, and they said they would call the room, but low and behold, at 2:30 am, myself, my hubby, and our three children were all wide awake listening to their TV still. We went downstairs to ask for ear plugs but they didn't have any, so we just dealt with it all night.
Then in the morning, we arrived downstairs for breakfast at 9:15 (breakfast was until 10 on Sunday) and there were ZERO eggs, bacon, sausage, or potatoes, and the yogurt machine ran out as soon as I tried to get some for my daughter. Yes, they eventually brought more, but it was quite a wait and one item came out at a time.
Overall, this was a very poor experience. We have usually had very good experiences with Best Western, but not this location.

We arrived early for our check-in and were told that we needed to wait until 3pm or get charged a fee. It felt usurious.

The walls were dirty. The bedding had stains on it. Very unlikely to return to this location.

The Good: Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. Parking easy. Price was good. Hot breakfast convenient. Several close restaurants.
Not So Good: Office chair uncomfortable. Some hot breakfast items worth skipping (omelet, bacon). Bathroom dated. Sofa uncomfortable for sitting (aren't most sofa beds?).
Because I stayed in most of the time, I found it hard to get comfortable except for sitting on the bed. For sleeping the room is good.

Parking is adequate. Breakfast is a lot better compared to other hotels. Theres a different hot food selection daily.
