We stayed for 2 nights.No hot water for first 24 hours! maids never provided service in rooms, heating unit was very loud and cycled on and off during the night.Breakfast food was limited and sub par. We will never stay there again.

The staff was quite put a smile on their face ,, it was cold all thru out the hotel down the hallways the lobby etc,, I couldn’t take a shower Saturday when I awoke the hot water was broken so had to wait til late Saturday night to take a shower ,, the beds were very hard and now my body is stiff so it wasn’t the best experience after driving 7 hours from Ohio to New York but I tried to make the best of it,,

Really gone downhill. Not clean. Fixtures broken, cobwebs, terrible breakfast. A real shame. Stayed there several times as its convenient to Vassar and Oakwood, but won't be going back unless they clean it up. Sad.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The surrounding area was quiet and peaceful. There was an outdoor seating area that overlooked the river and was scenic and pleasant.

The staff was accommodating, room was clean and breakfast was really good! Although it was too cool when we stayed, there was a scenic seating area next to the river that we would have used if it was warmer!
