This is the only real hotel option for Clevedon. Breakfast and service is very good. We had an “Executive Sea View” room which had been recently refurbished. It was clean but very poorly lit. The bathroom refurb left a lot to be desired with the shower still over a high sided bath and the toiletries shelf at the opposite end to the sink. The hotel is located in a great position overlooking the Severn estuary and close to the upmarket Hill Road area of Clevedon which boasts amongst much else one of the best Chinese restaurants in the West Country in our view. In summary an okay hotel with good staff and much greater potential.

We stayed at the hotel for one night for an event so didnt see much of it. However Erika on the front desk was friendly and gave us the information needed. Reception wasnt open between 11 and 7 and access is through a door a few metres away.
The room was basic, with good hot drink options and a small double.
Shower temperature was luke warm due to the toiletries shelf blocking the shower handle from turning to a higher heat so that wasnt great but resolvable if a maintance person can move the shelf. Overall it was nice stay with parking onsite.

Beautiful traditional hotel situated on the coast overlooking the Bristol Channel. The room was very nice. Clean and comfy. The building is a bit dated in some areas and the floors creak a bit, but it's still a lovely place. An on-site bar is open until 11pm and has beautiful views out of large windows also.
The breakfast was excellent also. Lots of choice. Polite and attentive staff throughout also. Hotel is within easy walking distance of Clevedon's pier and town centre also.
The hotel has a large car park which always has plenty of space too. Very happy with our stay.

Great views, pet friendly. Bed was very hard and there were some cobwebs in the corners of the room but overall clean and spacious room.

我们被告知酒吧会开到很晚。结果我们11点10分回来的时候，酒吧已经关门了，所以我们不得不在一个像蒸笼一样的房间里坐着，然后尝试入睡。
如果你喜欢在凉爽的房间睡觉，千万不要接受303房间。
早餐还不错。
第一个房间有下水道问题，然后他们给我换了另一个房间，结果第二天早上发现淋浴坏了。他们竟然让我去用那个有异味的房间洗澡，我觉得他们肯定知道这两个房间都有问题。
一切都好。房间内部需要稍微翻新一下，而且房间里没有冰箱——我通常会把迷你吧里的东西都拿出来，然后去最近的超市买……:-) 幸好外面天气很冷，我可以坐在窗台上。员工很友善，而且停车免费。没什么可抱怨的。
房间可以使用遮光窗帘，这样可以更有效地保持黑暗。除此之外，这家酒店无论是位置还是服务都很棒。
