The room was clean and beautiful, however, unfortunately, we had trouble with the door not unlocking properly so we had to move to a different room. Theresa did an amazing job getting us relocated and giving us a complementary breakfast for the inconvenience. We still had a wonderful evening and were very comfortable during our stay.

We visited Hamilton for our close friend's vow renewal at the Carmen Centre. So we stayed a night. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet so we had a good night rest. Would definitely recommend.
