We stayed one night because of paint fumes in our home.
I really expected the hotel to be more up to date. Things need refurbishing, toilets, chairs, lumpy beds. I think they let some homeless people come in and finish off breakfast, which if fine just so everyone knows.

Beds are to hard and pillows are to small. Otherwise it is a really nice hotel. We still stay because of location. Just a heads up to others if you dont like hard beds.

Electronics were taken from my daughter’s backpack in our locked room while we were gone. Staff was less than caring or helpful.

The staff was very nice and found people who looked for the snake. Never found it but they looked for it everywhere. The spa and pool was nice and clean. I would stay here again

The bed pillows were great. I liked that our bed had a blanket and not a duvet. Staff was very nice, especially the fella working late night. Breakfast was standard but had a few fun extras. Wish the pool was open until 11pm.

This hotel needs some love and management. Check in was fine but the gentleman at the desk was in a dirty shirt. Our room had fabric worn furniture and torn curtains. The free breakfast was actually decent and there was a variety of items.
Overall there just appears to be a lack of attention to detail culture. I had to ask the front desk to have the breakfast area trash containers emptied as all were full. We stayed at this hotel last year and don’t remember these issues at that time.
Parking is plentiful and the area is safe and access to shopping and restaurants is great.
The price is fair for the service but we won’t be back

Get what you pay for
The parking was tight. I had to ask the check-in guy where our room was located and which door to use, which is usually offered when I'm handed my keys. A quarter of the lights, in the halls, were hanging oddly from the walls and dimmed our out. The wall paper was peeling in the bathroom. I lived the hard mattress and slept wonderfully, but my fiancé did not sleep well at all. The TV was awesome! A guide and showtime/ max made our evening great! Jetted tub was tiny and in the bathroom and, while the bathroom was huge, fecal smells lingered forever!! Of you're on a budget, this place is great!

The breakfast experience was the worst in all of my previous visits - the eggs were near inedible - options were limited compared to prior visits
