Staff was courteous my main problem with this hotel is not as advertised there is no guest laundry and the hot breakfast was a waffle maker. ******* needs to be better about what they advertise and what is really there because once you book it you are stuck and no refunds. We were staying for several days and an onsite laundry was what we were looking for it’s advertised but owners removed it. Also would like to have hot items on breakfast and it is advertised as hot breakfast but not what’s there.

Room was in fair condition. Toilet constantly ran unless the float was manually adjusted. Shower was luke warm. Breakfast was poor, no waffle mix, very poor selection. Would not stay there again.

Room and grounds clean, staff fine, but limited breakfast selections, very hard bed, and inadequate noise insulation deprived me of sleep and inadequate nutrition required additional expense of breakfast elsewhere. Instant coffee just isnt ok.

Beautiful appearance outside as we were in the courtyard. Didn't like the bright led sink mirror light. Felt comfortable, breakfast was satisfactory.

The floor in our room felt sticky and dirty. Edges along wall tile were dirty. Bathroom sink faucet was loose. The best part of our stay was the welcoming staff member at the desk who was very helpful.

The property was much older than I thought. The parking lot was dirty. The staff was excellent and that made up for the hotel age.

It's a bit rundown especially in the bathroom and our room must have been for midgets since sink, toilet, and tub were like a foot off the ground . bathroom nook lighting is horrible, needs settings so it's not FULL BLAST all the time
