Did up hold reservation. Empty parking lot. Turned us away with no explanation. Stil charged us for room. Had to get refund.

这家酒店价格过高。音响效果糟糕透了！我住在二楼，第一天晚上根本睡不着，因为深夜和清晨都能听到楼上客人的跺脚声。水管的声音也听得见！房间里摆满了过时的家具，而且家具太多了。我对布劳利酒店印象不好，而且价格也太高了！床很舒服，早餐也还可以。
