Room clean but on the small side for price, breakfast a bit expensive for what ypu get.
Staff, very pleasent and helpfull, full of cheer and happy to help you.
I found that if i paid for parking, £10 a night, which i did, if i go out in car, i could and would loose the spot. Im sorry but its a first come first served base, i was told, i do belive, if i pay for parking, i should be able to leave and come back, that spot mine for the period i pay for.

Despite the hotel being alerted to my bringing a CPAP machine, there was nowhere to place it in my room - which involved me in shifting furniture &c. to accommodate it. Breakfast service was slow.

Lovely traditional hotel right in the centre of Richmond with free overnight parking in the marketplace and 2 hours free with parking disc

Lovely trip, great location and hotel was beautiful, bedroom lovely. Bed a bit hard, a mattress topper would go a long way, but didn't detract much.

Car parking poor as even though we paid there was no guarantee of a place if we went out, no allocation. However, the hotel was great.

Lovely hotel with helpful staff. Clean and convenient for what we wanted. However, we were staying on the top floor and there was no lift. My husband suffers with his knees and it was a little heavy on them having climbing 4 flights of stairs with luggage.

Excellent 1 night stay with a spacious, clean and comfortable room alongside friendly and helpful staff. Enjoyed our breakfast.

Overall we found the hotel grotty. The bedroom was dusty in a lot of places & the state of the restaurants seats & dado rails were uncomfortably stained & dirty
