酒店位置很好,符合我们的需求,房间很棒。我们住的是标准大床房,房间非常宽敞,有一个小厨房,里面有水槽、微波炉、小冰箱和咖啡机。还有一个小休息区,里面有两把舒适的椅子和一个脚凳。酒店非常安静,我们没听到任何关门声或孩子跑来跑去的声音。我肯定还会再住这里。
入住还好;我们的房间在底层——有异味,而且非常潮湿。房间里有除湿机,我们不得不关掉。空调启动时发出咔哒咔哒的声音——也不得不关掉。酒店有点老旧了。而且“免费”早餐非常简陋。最好还是去马路对面的Tims餐厅。
服务糟糕透顶
我刚到这家酒店,我祖母退休前一直在那里管理。
如果没有主流信用卡,我根本付不起房费和押金。我当时去彭布罗克探望奄奄一息的祖母。由于没有办理入住手续,我周五晚上没能见到她。我浪费了和她在一起的宝贵时间。
工作人员不肯接待我们,甚至不接受1000美元的押金。前台小姐服务态度极差。身为客服人员,竟然如此对待顾客,实在令人无法接受。
我再也不会住这家酒店了,它承载着我多年的珍贵回忆,真是令人心碎。
非常适合家庭入住的绝佳酒店
对我们一家人来说,这里简直是完美的住宿选择。酒店拥有超棒的泳池区和一流的健身房,方便外出时使用。房间非常干净。酒店包含的早餐是我们在任何酒店吃到的最棒的。您可以从菜单上点餐,而且是现点现做的。以后来这附近漂流,我们一定会再次入住这里。
应该换房间
房间里有一股潮湿的气味,还有一个小小的除湿机,似乎坏了。我们被安排在一楼的房间,因为酒店那层没有电梯,所以需要从一楼爬两层楼梯才能到。不过,考虑到我们体格健全,如果这房间值得我们跑下去的话,那也没什么大不了的。我们本来应该要求换一个房间,但当时已经很晚了,我们非常疲惫,只想在第二天继续上路之前好好休息一晚。我丈夫醒来后感觉很闷,因为潮湿持续了好几天。此外,酒店虽然有些老旧,但维护得很好,我们在酒店内的餐厅吃了一顿非常美味的热早餐。地理位置也非常安静。
工作人员很友好,但每个人都分散在不同的岗位上。我们17点30分到达时,等了足足10分钟才在前台有人接待。房间干净清新(考虑到当时36摄氏度的气温,空调效果还不错)。不过地毯需要换一下了。
麻烦不断,等了很久。给了我们一张酒店餐厅的优惠券,但餐厅不承认。到处都很差劲。一切都看起来很脏,非常陈旧。天花板损坏了,差点要掉下来。不过酒店环境不错。
很棒的地方!
干净。床很舒服!早餐很丰盛。餐厅提供全方位服务,晚餐选择丰富!员工友好!位置便利,靠近17号公路,但不吵闹!
