Overall good night’s rest
Friendly service at the front desk. Place is clean. Bed was comfortable. The room we stayed - looks like they were still working on the wall for the showers.

The bar by the hotel plays music extremly loud and late...was impossible to go to sleep...the floors are very thin so the people above me were really loud when walking...you can hear everything in the hall corridor because the walls are so thin...the continental breakfast served rubbery eggs....overall would not stay again...for the price I expected more.
酒店非常干净。设施的清洁度让我们惊喜不已。
房间还不错，就是床太糟糕了！床垫需要更换——太硬了，而且床垫边缘磨损得很厉害。枕头又硬又凹凸不平，非常不舒服，很难找到舒服的睡姿。我根本睡不好，一晚上醒了五次。而且空调还经常启动，每次都把我们吵醒。泳池不错，早餐也还可以，但是床太难受了，下次来卡皮托拉我们肯定得另找住处了！
住宿体验一般
凌晨4点半，货车在房间外卸货，实在令人不悦。因此，我失眠了好久。
更令人惊讶的是，浴室的地板竟然是用胶带粘起来的？
我提前要求入住安静的房间，因为我睡眠很浅，但是并没有如愿！/( 我只能接受他们给我的房间，我觉得我的需求和要求没有被考虑！真遗憾。
这家酒店极其吵闹，装修风格充斥着塑料，光线昏暗，灯开关都坏了，浴室里水垢堆积。早餐也不合我的口味。烟雾报警器半夜会发出哔哔声（电池没电了）。
很棒、干净的酒店，员工也很棒。我本来想给它五星，但我觉得Best Western的房间每晚271美元太贵了。
沙发垫上满是污渍，折叠沙发下还有食物残渣（包括鸡翅骨）。感觉很破旧，有点破败……价格过高。
位于一个不错的区域，靠近购物区，可以满足您在城里需要或想要做的一切。
