We stayed here last weekend and loved our third floor room.
This time we were in 107 and only problem was bathroom area. The door only opened a fourth of the way, it would not stay closed either. The bath body wash was empty also.
The clerk made it seem like the hotel only provides the minimum required. The least required should have been a functional bathroom door. The room was clean and the fridge is nice and cold. 107 should not be rented till bathroom door is fixed. Otherwise, we have never had a bad experience staying here.

The anemities dhould be checked each time the room is clean, especially when there is s late check-in

5 day stay
Visited family member in Victoria. This was perfect location for our activities. Staff is courteous, friendly and professional. Stayed 5 nights, our room was checked each day. Breakfast was good, nice pool, bed comfortable.

Bathroom issue
The conditioner dispenser was empty and I requested for more. Housekeeping came by but the very next day it was out again. So I’m not sure what the issue was but there wasn’t any conditioner in there that I was able to use once again. Other than that my stay was fine.

Check in was quick, but the hallway leading to the room smell like fresh cigarettes. When I went into the room smell was gone but it didn’t seem as clean since I could see dirt, hair strands and foot prints in the restroom. Restroom door did not lock but a plus in the room the vent did work.

This Hotel was very nice, bed was a little too used, but they took really good care of us
