Staff is awesome!! Our toilet wasnt working properly so they moved us rooms right away!! Food is good, lots of variety!!

Breakfast was only brought out enough for 1 maybe 2 people at a time, slow to come when it did get brought out

Spacious clean room with jet tub. Sound proofed and blackout drapes seal the deal. Plus a functional kitchenette too!

Everything great however the drains did not drain well at all. Also only having your room made up every 2nd day is a disappointment but when they don't make your bed its extremely disappointing.

Stayed 1 night. The soap from the previous guest was on the ledge by the towels. Looked like someone had scrubbed soap on the wallpaper beside the mirror above the sink. Just a couple cleaning details that were missed. Otherwise good stay.

Was easy to get to had some shopping close by. Was clean. Had 24 coffee. The time is wrong for breakfast on the website. Someone should look into that

Rochelle is fantastic to deal with. Rooms are clean, pool was great, hot tub was great, breakfast was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel

When I checked in I was first waiting around 7 to 10 minutes while a staff member was standing not doing anything in front of her terminal. Then when she checked me in she gave me a room that was already occupied and wasn’t even the kind of room I booked!
