Our room was clean and comfortable, however there were a lot of areas that seem to have been neglected:
* The first thing we noticed, coming in with a load of baggage, was that the automatic door opener (both inside and outside) didn't work.
* The bathroom was in pretty poor shape - shower head separated from the wall; running rust coming from the bathtub water spout; caulking around the tub was badly deteriorated.
* The closet door wouldn't close all the way.
* Weather stripping on the outside window was coming loose from the window.
* The second floor ice machine was inoperative.
* The Guest Directory stated that there was free laundry on the second and third floors. It was not free. $1.25 each for both a load of wash and dry, however, the washing machine on the second floor was out-of-order, so we had to go to the third floor to wash, and to discover that the third floor dryer was out-of-order, so it was back to the second floor, where the dryer did work.
Granted, this hotel is not a plus or a premier, but still BW is a brand that you expect to be a bit above very basic. The next time we are in Graham, TX we will undoubtedly checking other hotel brands.

I had a very comfortable stay, It was the opening day for Dove Hunting, staff accommodated us by having breakfast earlier.

Bad experience
The room had a smell that you can’t get rid of. The room and bugs and ants. A lot of path work in the bathroom. The should not even be a Best Western. It should be just an Inn.

Needs repair
Little things. 1st room, shower curtain rod was almost falling off wall.
2nd room, bath tub rusted around overflow spout. Entrance light switch, had to turn on off several times light would come on.
Not worth the $175.00 I paid for 1 night. Rated as a $60.00 night.

Staff was good but room was leaking from ac it was wetting all carpet from ac to first bed . Making
It unsafe and uncomfortable because could not walk by there .i had called front desk and they stated they knew about it but couldn’t do anything . Monday was around 8 am and there was no breakfast yet . Where it states breakfast. I feel like I over payed for what I had gone through this experience . Not good on customer service on this issues of offer anything to compensate issue . They just said we know about it .

However, we believe there may have been a miscommunication — when our front desk mentioned they were aware of the issue, they likely meant it as a general concern and not specific to your room. Regardless, the issue should have been addressed more promptly, and we apologize that it wasn’t.As for breakfast, it is available daily from 6 AM to 9 AM. It sounds like you may have come down during a restocking period, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience that caused.
