The floor was very dirty; the carpet had not received anything but a cursory vacuuming. It is an old hotel and we were told that it is due for remodeling.

Nice Hotel Bad Mattresses
Wry nice facility clean and quiet! The only thing I can say is they definitely need new Mattresses they are very hard and uncomfortable!

This facility is newer. Our room, a king bed and couch, was on the second floor but there was no elevator. I am a senior with walking issues so I asked for first floor. The room was down graded to a two bed room which was not a problem. The problem was that the room, although newer had some issues. The carpet was fraying and had a cigarette burn. The bed was the most uncomfortable and hard bed that I have ever slept on. Also I reached for the outlet behind the night stand and was dirty with dust and debris.

Smelly and uncomfortable
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at, not worth the $189/ night I paid. I can’t believe it has such good reviews. Yes, the front staff was nice and the room was clean, and it was dated (which doesn’t matter to me). But, the entire hotel had a strong chemical smell, like it was just fumigated or had the carpets chemically cleaned; the smell gave my daughter a horrible headache. Worse yet, the mattresses were cheap and uncomfortable, pokey and noisy with no give or padding. In summary, we stayed here so we could rest on a long road trip, none of us had a good night sleep and we continued on our journey unrefreshed, failing every hotels primary duty.

In the year 2025 how can there be no elevators? I can’t believe it is legal. Having to carry luggage up a flight of stairs is a huge liability exposure to say the least.

The property was clean but need some updates and repairs, it would be nice to have the complimentary Breakfast last till at least 10:00 am ! When we stripped our beds to check for bugs(a precaution we always take, the mattress had stains ! That was disturbing we flipped it over and remade the bed , pillow left us wanting more support !!!!
