There were silverfish bugs in the bathtub each morning. What looked like blood on one side of one pillow. I didn't discover the blood until the last day.

Our entire two day stay was absolutely perfect. Access to the property is quick and close to the freeway, check in and out was smooth, room was spotless (particularly happy with the cleanliness of the bathroom and comfort of the towels), and breakfast was on point both mornings. Great experience overall.

凌晨4点15分，我们去打开房间的暖气——突然一股浓烟和刺鼻的气味扑面而来，同时伴随着一声响亮的“着火了！着火了！着火了！”的喊声——接着房间里的烟雾报警器开始不停地响。我们赶紧关掉了暖气——房间里的气味实在太难闻了。因为房间很小，所以很快就充满了烟雾，非常不健康——我们收拾好东西就退房离开了。
我们的浴室闻起来像墙里藏着死动物一样。进房间时一股很浓的香水味，香味散去后，味道就变得非常难闻。我们向前台反映后，没有人道歉，工作人员只是说“我们会去查一下”。
我们提前到达并支付了40美元的提前入住费——真是浪费钱！泳池非常脏——我不得不自己先把水面撇干净，孩子们才能下水。热水浴缸也很脏，而且水很冷！游完泳后，我们回到房间。空调运转良好，但对我们来说还是太冷了。我们打开暖气想暖和些——房间里弥漫着一股塑料烧焦的味道，火警警报响了，房间电话也打不通，我们无法联系前台。用手机联系后，有人上来给我们换了房间。新房间里竟然有股烟味！他们又给我们换了一间更小的房间。因为我们还需要换衣服，所以就接受了。第二天早上，我们的房卡竟然失效了！这是一次糟糕透顶的体验，我们以后绝不会再来这家酒店。从第一天开始就问题不断，我询问是否可以取消预订，并且愿意换一家酒店。但他们告诉我，因为房间是由*******预订的，所以无法退款。哦，对了，他们还不提供客房清洁服务！你需要什么，就自己到前台领取吧！
千万别住这里！到处都很脏，而且到处都弥漫着霉味。
