This place is great! The facility was clean & staff was super friendly. We were able to use both pools & hot tubs during our stay, great way to relax after a day of running. Breakfast is the same daily but it was quite good. I think my only complaint is their coffee. It's too weak, hardly any flavor. Still provided that much needed caffeine in the morning. I would definitely recommend this place & would stay there again if I ever get back to Pigeon Forge.

Stayed overnight on my way to Fontana Dam area of the Great Smoky Mountains. Excellent very affordable place to stay. Room was spacious and perfectly clean. Breakfast included with a very good selection of foods - runs from 7am-10am (does get busiest during last hour). Hotel has both indoor and outdoor pool. Centrally located, within minutes of countless restaurants and attractions. Front Desk staff very friendly and professional.

Bad location, the ***** is much too loud for hotel location, rooms were cleaned poorly with dirty bathrooms and piles of dust and hair in the corners. Loudest AC units ever.
去大雾山住在BW， BW酒店房间多，上下方便， 中间游泳池也大， 那天下大雨， 第二天上山，山上的雾很多。其实大雾山的景色在浙江福建是很多的， 非常普通， 不过后面的蓝岭公路确实不错。
总的来说，住得很愉快！两个泳池都挺干净的，没有看到什么明显的脏乱问题。他们一直在打扫，确保酒店保持清洁。早餐选择也很不错。我们房间唯一的问题是入住时地板有点脏，但其他地方都非常干净！
考虑到离多莱坞那么近，这绝对是个很棒的选择。
早餐还不错，泳池很好。
酒店虽然有点旧，但房间最近翻新过。进出非常方便。
