The rooms were clean and big and spacious. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Overall, the hotel was great the breakfast. My husband was so impressed with.

Room was great and staff was accommodating. Only issue was that we weren't able to access the stairs (!!) and had to take the elevator up (we were only on the second floor) because the area where the stairwell is located was booked for a private party. Weird design! Anyways, we loved our stay aside from that.

Excellent one night stay until breakfast... when not only was a guest allowed to bring a dog into the breakfast area but allowed to eat off the table.
Im a big dog owner and that is unacceptable and unhygienic.
I did bring it to the front desk attention who were there at the time.....just unacceptable.
I wonder what health and safety would have to say???

Our stay was okay. The only issue I had was after we left. I realized on the drive back home that I had left my phone charger and cable plugged in beside the bed.
I called the hotel as soon as we get home and explained exactly where it was. They took my number and said they would get back to me as soon as possible. Two days later, after hearing nothing, I sent an email directly to the hotel explaining the situation.
It has now been a week and no response.
Not a big deal in the overall trip; but customer service is lacking. Such is life.

Great location in Sylvan Lake - clean room and pool and hot tub were nice. We arrived a little early 2 pm as opposed to the 4 pm check in. Room was ready but clerk quoted an additional $30 to take early - no thanks 😟

Been coming to this hotel for years. You can’t beat the location.
Pet friendly
They made the breakfast area bigger and put in a latte machine.
They now use real cutlery and crockery and not paper plates.
They also added shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms fastened to the wall. Which is a lovely touch.
Sadly they took the coffee maker out of the room and although they have free coffee down stairs I liked the coffee maker in the room to make coffee whilst I was getting ready on a morning. Just a nice thing for me that I missed.
Bathroom Was clean and had soft towels.
Beds comfortable.
