The staff at the front desk upon check-in and in the lounge for a late night bite to eat was fantastic! The room was nice, but the tub didn’t work. The drain plug didn’t hold in the water and the jets didn’t work. That was pretty disappointing, as that was specifically the room I booked.

Wallpaper peeling in bathroom, looked like mold behind it. Turned on water and it came out dirty. We had a pet with us so I don't know if other rooms were better.

Clean room and comfortable. I would've given 5 stars but the tub was extremely slippery. Needs some decals or something to prevent falls.

The room was adequate for what we were visiting for. I have allergies… the smell of mildew in our room was bad. The lighting in the bathroom was particularly bad. The bathroom door didn’t shut completely. My husband fix the shower, it wouldn’t come on with the lever. We were there visiting our grandson. We were going to move after two days, but we decided just to stick it out and stay. The price was good for the area. And in honesty the property is used by oil workers and some military personnel …. it is pretty much filled every night. So it is a high traffic area.The front desk staff was fantastic. The bar and restaurant were nice.

The Staff was very nice and helpful. If not for needing a motel in this area, I would have checked out. The room was dirty, example; the counters, fixtures, door handles and walls were not wiped down. I spent over a half hour wiping down and sanitizing. The hallway rugs and stairs needed vacuum and cleaned. The smoking rooms smell lingered throughout motel. Not sure what they can do about their parking, but it is very limited and difficult to find a spot close to an entry door. On a positive note, the beds were very comfortable and after I cleaned, my granddaughter and I had a pleasant stay.

The A/C was not on the day we checked in and it was close to 100 outside. Once we turned A/C it seemed to now really cool very well. Set temp to 60 and the room stay at like 77 or so for most of the rest of the day. It finally cooled off well into the night and then it turned ice cold.
