Noor at front reception was amazing - very friendly and efficient. She gave us a different room when the first smelt too much like cigarette smoke.

We are just staying the one night due to car trouble, but the hotel is nice and clean. It’s pretty convenient as well

Overall, it was a good stay. Outside it looks good. Great lobby. Great pool and slide. But the hallways and rooms are old and tired. This hotel desperately needs new carpets and a coat of fresh paint. It's long overdue.

We unexpectedly booked the penthouse suite for our family of 6 and we felt like royalty. Clean room. Great pool. Very close to train tracks so be aware as they came through at around 3 in the morning and startled me.
