Nice room, people were nice although no cleaning service during our stay in our room, good coffee in the morning, and unfortunately breakfast was not good, eggs, sausage and home fries were all overcooked and super dry both days! Disappointing.

Very friendly and courteous staff, the morning breakfast was acceptable. We did have a problem with our main TV not operating properly however the TV in the bedroom worked just fine. Our room was clean but you could see that there been repairs and more repairs needed to be done especially in the outside shower area but it was doable. We would stay there again.

Pleasantly surprised after all the mix reviews .
Who knew the breakfast would have been the most surprising? Quite a bit of options- warm, hot,cold - helpful service. Kept things clean and tidy as persons had breakfast.
Had fun making my own waffles.
Self serve.
The beds were comfy. Convenience of microwave and coffee machine in room.
Great lighting. Double lock. Lot's of extra towels.
Check in and check out was pleasant.
Never needed to call, can't speak to how responsive.
However , i did call days prior to arrival to clarify a few things . They were helpful.
The cable TV: more than 20 channels. Kid's stuff included.
Only issue: A/C seemed to not work or perhaps it was off. Didn't clarify. Window air was fine.
As other's mentioned, if you are expecting 5 star top of the line and concierge- may not be it.
I would definitely stay here again- clean rooms + helpful when needed + filling breakfast. Comparably affordable stay

First room given (112) was deplorable. HVAC until was coated in mould, and when turned on I was instantly triggered into and asthma attack. This was very concerning and is certainly a public health issue.
Floors with black with dirt and many crumbs and dust. Sink and tub did not drain well. There were hairs of previous customers in tub. There were spatter marks on bed headboard and on desk headboard thing. After checking in very late, we turned off HVAC and chose to just sleep. Talked to Assistant Manager (bearded guy) in a.m. He gave us a new room, which was much improved. He also said he would be giving us credit for our first nights' stay. This was not reflected in our bill on check out, and the guy was not around, nor anyone to approve it. It has now been 30 hours and still not credit.

Could have been cleaner - many long hairs around and my head is shaved. Toilet flushed slow and sink drained very slow. Bed was acceptable but not overly comfortable. Breakfast was cold by 8:30 - stick to the cold items or waffles.

The room itself, was fine, but the hallways looked as though the rugs had not been vacuumed in quite some time. Not sure why they put signs on the front doors asking guests to use the back entrance - strange way to treat your guests, especially since the front doors were propped open! The problem with using the back door, which does not lock, is that it is where the smoking area is - directly beside the door. Again, shocking and disgusting to treat your guests this way. The breakfast, which was included, was mediocre at best. The front desk help was mostly not there. Called the front desk multiple times from my room - no one ever answered the phone.
