Room neglected , toilet didn’t flush properly staff came to temporary fix it and then there was a hockey team of teenagers partying until 4am the worst night sleep, front desk staff didn’t do a lot

Room was neglected, not cleaned for 5 days, nothing restocked (clean towels, toilet paper, Kleenex etc). Hallways dirty with food crumbs all the time, washer and dryer do not function properly at all even for a small load. Not well kept. Leaking heater/ac unit, they mopped and tossed a bucket underneath and were not concerned about it. Continental breakfast was okay, location was good.

This is certainly not the level of service or cleanliness we strive to provide.We’ve since reinforced our daily room-cleaning procedures and supply restocking checks to ensure no guest room is overlooked. Our maintenance team has also repaired the HVAC leak and is inspecting all units to prevent recurrence. In addition, the laundry machines have been serviced and are now operating properly.I’m glad you found the location convenient and the breakfast satisfactory, but I truly regret that the overall stay fell short. Room 218 Best western Kincardine
Breakfast was good, home fries were getting dried out, but overall good. The problem with room 218 is you have to run approx. 3 wash basins full in the rest room before any decent warm water comes out. My wife equally said the same for the shower.
