我一直很喜欢来这家酒店。它绝对是我的首选。早餐很美味,房间也很漂亮。
位置好,价格合理,离主干道很近。
停用房卡,沟通不畅
周五入住。一切似乎都顺利。他们没有我的第二张房卡,所以没收了我们的房卡。我提醒前台要备用枕头。因为肩部手术,我睡觉时必须坐着。我又要了三次枕头,每次都是几个小时一次,因为我们的房卡总是被停用,而且我的房卡没有放在电子产品附近。周六早上,我们又去吃早餐。房卡停用了,我们又下楼了。他们又问我枕头要不要,还有一条备用毯子。所以我们现在在5号房间。周六下午我们又回来了。两个枕头,没有备用毯子。
我告诉服务员她不用打扫房间,但我需要毛巾。等我出来的时候,她说我们没有大毛巾。什么????停用房卡真是太麻烦了,因为我们住在四楼。早餐还不错。周六,我出去买了两片药,因为我不相信枕头能用。我因为睡眠不好而疼痛难忍。我觉得我要求的并不多。很多在电梯口等的客人都说他们的钥匙总是失效。而且,我知道这种情况不只发生在我身上。
客房服务很差。他们打扫房间太晚了。他们不每天更换毛巾,甚至忘了更换他们拆下的浴帘。不用说,我丈夫记忆力不好,不得不先冲个澡,然后再吃早餐。早餐太难吃了。尝起来就像煎了又煎了好几次。硬邦邦的炒鸡蛋、硬邦邦的薯条、硬邦邦的香肠。难以置信,这竟然是给人类吃的!
我订了一间脏兮兮、不干净的房间。第二个房间的毛巾很脏;床上的毯子下面有黑色的灰尘。地板也没拖。我再也不会来这家酒店了。
入住花了很长时间。唯一的问题是客房服务人员早上9点试图进房间,但退房时间是11点。当时我正在睡觉,他们打开门就进来了。除此之外一切都很好。
我们经历了有史以来最糟糕的经历。我建议大家不要再犯了。接待人员粗鲁无礼,毫无专业素养。我要求提供婴儿床,他们说没人能把床搬到房间。请问可以送货上门吗?我怀孕了,只能自己把床搬到房间。酒店很脏,房间里脏了两天。我要求提供毛巾,他们说自己去拿,但没人能送来。早餐很糟糕,种类单一。这家酒店连半颗星都不配。我估计以后它会被迫关门。
不算太好,但还行!!
每天晚上11点到凌晨3点之间,走廊里总有人大声说话或大笑,每次都会吵醒我和我的客人。吵闹的客人在走廊里走向各自的房间时,毫无礼貌可言。就好像他们不相信有人会在那个时间段睡觉一样。马桶非常矮,对于成年人来说不太方便,但对于幼儿来说却刚刚好。总的来说,我的住宿体验还不错。
我住的这家酒店很普通,因为我的航班很晚到,而且我不想晚上开车去最终目的地。早餐很糟糕,热食根本吃不下。我不会在这里住超过一晚。
