The pool was too cold to enjoy; the stopper in the sink didn't word and the clothes draw was difficult to open.

The hotel was being remodeled and noisy when they were working. The hotel is off a side street and quiet with easy parking. Price was a bit high for what it was.

Room was a huge suite. It was clean and quite. Staff were nice and the breakfast good. No complaints about this stay.

Property was a little old and rundown. The panel on my door was coming off. It didn’t smell like they cleaned the room properly. Needs to be updated. Staff was pretty rude. Every time you ask them a question most hotels if they serve breakfast early at 6:30. You could probably grab something around 6:15. The guy was very rude and said you had to wait till 630 to get anything. They do what they call a refresh, which is basically make up your bed. That’s it. They don’t change your sheets. They did not take out the garbage out of my room and when asked, I found out that that is not an official Fairfield Marriott hotel it is privately owned and just keeping the name of Marriot. Marriot should put a stop to people using their franchise name and not having the quality of service that the Marriot is used to offering. Would not stay in this hotel again.

Disappointed.
We booked this hotel because it advertised that it had a pool, well, at check in, we were informed that the pool was not in service because they were redoing the tiles in the pool area, the pool area was being work on. Very disappointed because that was the reason for booking this hotel!

I checked in and immediately went to the front desk because my room was wet and smelled like a musty basement. The lady at the front desk said they couldn’t place me in another room as they were full for the night. I tried to talk to the manager the next day about some sort of refund because the room really was disgusting. They told me to talk to ******* since I purchased the room through a third party. ******* contacted them for a refund and they denied it. Overall I’m just annoyed they couldn’t get me a suitable room and then denied a refund.

Room smails like someone did pea on the carpet. Bathroom door lock was broken. Front desk was acting like resist and no smile or greetings.
