This hotel is an embarrassment to the Hampton Inn chain. The common areas were dirty. Our bathroom floor had hair everywhere. It apparently hadn't been sweptin a long time. The fixtures in the room were rusty. There wasn't a light in the shower. Although, there was a space for one. The vanity and room lights only worked occasionally.
However, the front staff was amazingly friendly.

The bed had chunks of dirt on top of the comforter. The door was very hard to open and close.

My room was nice and clean, air conditioning was on and room was cool. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Clean room, quiet, comfy beds, friendly staff. Hotel needs a little updating but other than that our stay was great !

The front desk person, Kenisa was outstanding when we checked in and gave wonderful restaurant recommendations

The hotel employees were super friendly, and I was very pleased with the quality of the room and the amenities.
The only complaint I have is that the washcloths were so abrasive that they gave me what was essentially rug burn on a portion of my face just from washing my face in the shower.

入住时，楼里有一股异味。两部电梯只有一部正常运转，而且似乎是服务电梯，如果工作人员乘坐这唯一运行的电梯，客人是不允许上去的。我们房间的门看起来像是被人用撬棍撬过好几次。浴室的门也是一样。我们的房间闻起来很难闻，可能是空调里的霉菌。唯一干净的地方似乎只有床（希望是干净的），卫生间的地板很脏，没有吸尘。周日我们被拒绝提供毛巾。我们遇到的大多数工作人员都很粗鲁，好像我们碍事，不是付费客人。
第二次了
要求打扫房间。我们被告知第二天会打扫，但房间并没有打扫。还要求换干净的毛巾。这是我们第二次入住这家酒店了。我们可能不会再住这里了。
