Facility was ok, but older. Lots of people were there for the stay. I worked out, but the hotel was not as updated as some we visited.

It was clean and nice. The elevator was broken which isn’t fun lugging suitcases. I’m sure they’ll have it fixed soon??? Breakfast was decent.

The staff seemed great !
They had a football team there before we checked in. They were “checked out” but still spread out all over the lobby. Wasn’t able to check in on time due to it and rooms not being clean. We left and checked back in late. The elevator was broke, and to use stairs, shower floor was dirty dirty and had hair on the sides of shower. You could also hear traffic at night.

We arrived after 4 pm and were told we couldn't check in and to try back later with no idea of what time. The visiting football team had a late 2pm check out. Would have been nice to get a message or call to at least let us know. Had to check in after game and our reservation got cancelled. Spent about 30 minutes at desk saturday night and still didn't get the billing part resolved. Had to check with desk in morning and still no resolution. Got taken care of after we ate breakfast, but what a cluster-F. Probably won't attempt to stay here again. Shame since our son goes to college here and we planned on visiting regularly for the next 4 years. Staff wasn't exactly friendly or apologetic. They made their problem our problem and didn't seem to care.

I enjoyed the staff! I just wish the laundry room was functioning and they had more than one washer/dryer!

Pool was nice, room was nice and there was a Walmart right nearby. Snacks, cookies and lemonade were available in the lobby.

Front desk lady provided great service. Room was okay. Bathroom wasn't very clean. There was hair on the floor and stuck to the walls in the shower. The shower did not drain very well either causing the water to sit in the bath tub while showering.
It was a good location that was close to restaurants and fast food as well as stores.

淋浴间可以再干净一些，但总体来说还是不错的。酒店位置在市中心偏西一点。员工非常友好，还免费送了我们零食。我们没有使用酒店设施，但看起来都很不错。
