Both the staff at the front desk were very helpful, patiently answering questions about the deposit, WiFi, breakfast, etc. At checkout, they kindly reminded me if I needed a receipt. The lady preparing breakfast was also warm and cheerful; staff always greeted guests proactively.
It's about a 15-minute walk to Terminal 1 of STL Airport, requiring just one turn – very close, although some sections lack sidewalks. The hotel shares a shuttle service with the Peer Tree Hotel opposite for airport transfers. They provide pickup service even for arrivals landing at 0:30 AM, and shuttle departures to the airport run every 20 minutes starting from 4:00 AM (possibly even 3:00 AM, though I didn't check as I had no need). It felt very safe and reliable.
There's a barbecue restaurant downstairs under the hotel opposite, so food is not a problem.
The facilities are complete, as shown in the picture (captured from a video, so the image quality is a bit blurry). Shampoo, body wash, bath towels, hand towels, toilet paper, and soap are all provided. There's also a small sofa, TV, coffee machine, writing desk, and wastebasket. An ice machine works at the elevator lobby. An air conditioner was placed near the window, and the room temperature was comfortable. The quilt was clean and tidy, and the carpet was fairly clean as well. The room door has a deadbolt lock. It was very quiet outside at night. The accommodation conditions are excellent, yet the price is very affordable – an excellent experience.
前台服务非常好，比较有耐心
酒店服务很好，前台服务的女士男士态度都很好，对押金、WiFi、早餐等问题都耐心地作了解答，退房时还提醒了我是否开具水单，准备早餐的女士也很热情；还都会主动打招呼。距离兰伯特圣路易斯机场1号航站楼步行约15分钟，只需要转一道弯，非常近，不过不少路段没有人行道。与对面的Peer Tree共用shuttle往返机场接送，半夜12点半落地仍有接机服务，早上四点起每20分钟就有送机shuttle(也许三点也有，没有需求所以没在意)，很安全放心。楼下对面酒店下面有烧烤店，饮食也不愁。
设施齐全，如图所示(截自视频，画质比较模糊)，香波沐浴露浴巾毛巾厕纸香皂一应俱全，还有小沙发电视咖啡机写字台垃圾桶，电梯间有制冰机，窗台有空调，室温适宜。床铺干净整洁，地毯也比较干净。房门有反锁设计，晚上外面很安静，住宿条件很好，价格却很实惠，体验极佳。

这是一家靠近机场的不错酒店。我们早上很早就坐穿梭巴士去了机场，很方便。
住着很舒服，也很整洁，服务也很棒，非常满意。
不喜欢。
这家酒店位置优越，非常适合商务旅客。只是周围什么都没有：没有餐厅，没有超市，也没有便利店。除此之外，一切都很好。
实际入住体验很棒，但是我被收取了两次押金。入住时收了50美元，退房时又收了50美元。如果不是因为这个至今未修复的错误，我很乐意推荐这家酒店。
工作人员非常有礼貌，乐于助人，并且竭尽全力满足客人的需求。考虑到今天客户服务的匮乏，这真是令人耳目一新。
老酒店了，霉味很重。他的评分居然超过9分，真是让我惊讶。我不会再住那里了。
