THE HOTEL ITSELF, LOBBY, HALLWAYS, RESTAURANT... WERE ALL KEPT UP NICE BUT MY ROOM NOT SO MUCH. SUPER SMALL REFRIGERATOR, TILES IN THE BATHROOM ALL MOVED WHEN YOU STEPPED ON THEM, HALF EATEN BREADSTICK ON TOP OF THE DRESSER DRAWER. BED WAS COMFY. THE ROOM WAS JUST NOT KEPT UP OVER THE YEARS. EVERYONE THERE WAS SUPER NICE.

This day was fine and comfortable. We really just used the room to sleep and didn’t even shower or anything. Wallpaper was starting to split at the seams and the remote for the TV and the sofa area wasn’t working. I hated that ******* charged me an extra person rate we ended up only having Three people, but the hotel told me that they’ve never heard of an extra person rate. I know I won’t be going through ******* again that’s for sure.

The staff was great! when we opened the door to our room there was a little black box, some sort of machine, spewing out smoke. It smelled REALLY bad in the room.

Wasn’t worth the cost, but it was Hall of Fame weekend, so they raised the price. Shower appeared moldy. Bed was nice. TV remote didn’t work well. The staff was very nice. They’re doing the best they can!

Check in was awful. We were not able to check in until 5pm after asking for early check (which i know is not guarenteed) but for it to be 2 hours late was not acceptable for the price we paid.

Disappointed customer
Poor communication, didn’t want to honor my booking, (said they were full), put in a room with a king but I had requested and paid for 2 queens. Originally told they would have shuttles to the Hall of Fame game, but didn’t. There was mold in places. Bathroom vent didn’t work.

Mattress cover had body fluid stains and hair. Body hair on the floor, shower and towels.
Water marks and cracks on the ceiling.
Shower floor dirty and had shoe marks in it.
Air conditioner had some kind of food or idk what in it.
