Hotel full of unruly bad mannared kids/teenagers. trowing bottles at doors and running up and down the corridors all night long. This went on all night every night.. complained to the management but they didn't want to know. They laughed at me. The management are very rude and should not be running an hotel. No class!! Staff are afraid they will loose their jobs if they don't do as they are told. Do not come to this hotel if you are looking for a nice peaceful holiday. The carpets on the corridors are filthy and the hotel is a very bad low standard.

There’s not a single thing I’d complain about. From cleanliness, food, service and the pool - it’s everything you need for a relaxing trip. The hotel is near the beach where you can find a lot of stores and cafes. I would go again.

Very dirty,no soup at bathroom,the towels never changend,they lied about the parking spots,they have only 4 and their are not fot tourists,their are for the staff. We had to pay a ticket for parking our car ,in the front of this horrible hotel.

Unfortunately I can't get a group of kids settled in the hotel for the 5th day now. Kate (*************) hung on me promising to fix it tomorrow (again). A hotel administrator (**************) told me the issue is with the group head who does not want to setlle ppl properly and hang up on me. It is not true as accommodation is different from it was planned. The rooms planned are 2, 2+1, 3, 3, 4, 2+3. The rooms provided are 2, 3, 4, 5, 6. It does not work as girls and boys cannot be accommodated in the same room. - 7(!) girls are accommodated in a single room (my daughter is sleeping on a chair) - the head of the group slept on a balcony last night and outside near water pool the night before The hotel admnistration does not solve this issue not even talk.
酒店不是4*但我会给3*，食物很单调，房间很好，每天都打扫，离海不是200米，而是2000米，附近总是没有地方可以放松泳池，只有早起坐位，很无聊，不建议！！！！！！
